Red Raiders 2016 Outlook

Kliff Kingsburry has done a solid job at Texas Tech since taking over for Tommy Tuberville. The red raiders have made two bowl appearances in 3 seasons, although there is still a lot of work to be done. Tech could compete for a BIG 12 championship in the next couple of years.
